Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Field Supervisor for the San Diego area. The role focuses on on-site supervision of Security Professionals, ensuring site coverage and quality standards.

The position offers a rate of pay and opportunities for real‑world leadership responsibilities. The Field Supervisor coordinates with Operations Managers, conducts training, handles call-offs, and communicates with clients to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate field staff and schedules.
• Capability to write concise reports in legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management or HR.
• Assist with disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and collect signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and ensure proper communication.
