Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for remotely managed accounts. The role includes supervising Security Professionals, coordinating with Operations Managers, and ensuring site coverage at all times.

The Field Supervisor will conduct on-the-job training, handle post-inspection tasks, and participate in scheduling and reporting processes to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure staffing coverage and quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post-order orientation.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to Operations/HR as directed; may assist with investigations.
• Assist with counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of HR management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with leadership.
