Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead on-site supervision of Security Professionals for remotely managed accounts, ensuring full coverage and adherence to post orders and quality standards. The role requires regular site visits, staff scheduling adjustments, and post inspections to maintain professional image and client satisfaction.

You will train new employees, review post orders, respond to emergencies, document incidents, and coordinate with Operations Managers to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience; clean driving record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and update post information.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and brief on post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to Operations Manager/HR as needed.
• Distribute information to posts and collect signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communication to management.
