Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals and ensure site coverage across remotely managed accounts. The role works closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain quality standards.

The candidate will monitor postings, train staff, adjust staffing, and handle reporting with strong communication and judgment. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits typical of security roles.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum 3 years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels including clients.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned postings regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post order reviews.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and document/investigate as directed.
• Administer or support disciplinary actions under supervision.
• Distribute information and obtain acknowledgments as needed.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and communicate with Operations.
