Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals for remotely managed accounts, ensuring site coverage and quality service. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and a minimum of three years of professional protective security experience, with strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with conditions on driving history.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective security experience.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Visit posts regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and report to management as directed.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with management.
