Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site supervision of Security Professionals and remote site coverage. You will visit posts, monitor performance and ensure posts meet standards and client requirements.

You will train new staff, handle call-offs with scheduling, escalate issues to Operations/HR, and support leadership in emergencies while coordinating information flow and maintaining professional post conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience.
• No major violations within last 36 months.
• No more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months.
• No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
• No combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Visit posts regularly to monitor performance and update post/ training info.
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires and changes to posts.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to Operations/ HR.
• Support counseling or disciplinary actions under direction.
• Distribute information to posts and collect acknowledgments.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and coordinate with leadership.
