Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Security Concierge to be the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors across SpaceX facilities. You will uphold access control protocols, escort and tour procedures, and deliver high-quality service while maintaining a secure environment.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years in customer service or security, and the ability to coordinate with the Protective Operations Center and security leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in a customer service or facility security position.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Ability to navigate complex support needs and build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track special events and visits and provide high quality service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders and enforce access control protocols.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SPOC to notify and respond to incidents or emergencies.
• Prepare clear and concise written incident reports and report maintenance or alarm issues.
• Oversee multiple projects and adapt to varying campus requirements across sites.
