Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Security Concierge to be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors at SpaceX facilities. The role emphasizes professional conduct, access control, tours, and incident awareness across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the SP0C, monitoring cameras, preparing reports, and collaborating with facilities, HR, and other teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service or facility security position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge and implementation of access control, escort, and tour protocols.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and SPOC for incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor site surveillance, prepare written incident reports, and report maintenance or alarms.
• Build relationships with other SpaceX departments and with landlords and building owners.
• Oversee multiple projects without direct supervision.
