• Ability to de-escalate disputes and handle sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Ensure knowledge and implementation of access control, escort, and tour protocols.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and SPOC for incidents and emergencies; notify and respond as needed.
• Monitor site surveillance cameras and prepare clear incident reports.
• Build collaborative relationships with SpaceX departments to support security operations.
• Perform various security tasks, including standing post, escorts, and tours as required.
