SpaceX is seeking a Security Concierge to manage first impressions for employees, guests, and vendors while ensuring facility safety and security. The role emphasizes professional interaction, adherence to access control procedures, and coordination with security leadership across campuses.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in customer service or security, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across teams and respond to incidents efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or facility security.

Responsibilities

• Track special events and visits.
• Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge and implementation of all access control, escort, and tour protocols for employees, customers, vendors, and guests.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SpaceX Protective Operations Center (SPOC) for incidents or emergencies.
• Assist emergency response personnel at SpaceX sites.
• Prepare clear and concise incident reports.
• Report maintenance, facility, and technology issues and alarms.
• Build relationships with other SpaceX departments and landlords regarding security operations and events.
• Possibly stand post, escort duty, tours, and other tasks as directed.
• Oversee multiple projects without direct supervision.
