Job summary

GardaWorld Security in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Security Client Services Manager to lead client service excellence and drive account success through proactive communication and operational insight.

You will supervise day-to-day security services, develop client relationships, ensure contract compliance, and guide staff recruitment, training, and performance. US work authorization and 1+ year of management are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license with compliant driving record.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service to facilities and ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; liaise between GardaWorld, clients, staff.
• Meet clients regularly to address problems, provide status updates, ensure contract compliance.
• Recruit, select, and train staff; support continual development.
• Visit sites to review reports, provide training, evaluate performance, ensure compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of post specs, orders, procedures, zones, emergency procedures, staffing needs.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with contracts and bargaining agreements.
• Recommend improvements to policies and procedures for efficiency.
• Ensure progressive discipline is followed for corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
