Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of successful experience in security operations management.

Responsibilities

• Availability for on-call duty 24/7 to address client or team issues and emergencies.
• Maintenance and update of business databases (CRM/ERP).
• Ensure consistent operations across the portfolio through regular communications with client contacts and branch teams.
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels as needed.
• Build strategic relationships for development of principal accounts and partnerships with local teams.
• Formulate and assess comprehensive security and crisis management strategies.
• Oversee client billing processes and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and deliver client-focused presentations and KPI reports.
