GardaWorld in Commerce, GA is seeking a contract Site Security Manager to ensure exemplary on-site security performance for a key account.

You will oversee client issues, communicate with contacts, manage billing, review compliance, analyze data, and prepare reports. This role requires 3–5 years in security operations management, a college degree or equivalent, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in security operations management, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
