Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is hiring a Security Client Manager in Memphis, TN. You will lead on-site teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational metrics for profitability while leveraging AI tools and BI reporting.

The role requires prior security leadership experience, a bachelor's- or higher-degree in related fields, and strong financial acumen. Growth opportunities and a performance-based bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service organization
• Current driver’s license for company vehicle or client visits
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving operational goals
• Proven ability to manage a large, dispersed team and foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making with budgeting and reporting
• Strong prioritization, time management, and multi-project coordination
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for assigned portfolio
• Utilize AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and account health
• Build and maintain client relationships, address security needs, and implement corrective actions
• Deliver high-quality service while complying with policies and regulatory requirements
• Establish safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries
