Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with professional level experience
• Associate’s degree with relevant experience in managing hourly employees
• High School diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain frontline staff for small to medium clients
• Utilize AI technology, online reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics
• Oversee budget, accounts receivable/payable, and account health
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop safety action plans to prevent injuries
