Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years managing hourly staff.
• Associate's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 3+ years managing hourly staff.
• High School diploma with 5+ years of managing hourly staff in a service organization.
• Current driver’s license for company or personal vehicle use.
• Experience driving operational goals and leading dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for client portfolio.
• Use AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee budgets, accounts receivable/payable, and overall account health.
• Build client relationships, address security needs, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
