iWorks Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to configure, integrate, and customize ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle and collaborate with Agile teams.

The role requires building catalog items, record producers, workflows, and scoped applications, plus scripting with GlideRecord and ensuring security through ACLs and best practices.

Qualifications

2+ years of ServiceNow development experience beyond admin-level configuration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Security clearance eligibility required.
Experience building catalog items, record producers, and scoped apps.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ServiceNow scoped applications and items.
Write and optimize GlideRecord scripts and APIs.
Implement ACLs and security best practices.
Collaborate in Agile teams across Scrum Masters and Developers.
Participate in client testing and code peer reviews.
