Job summary

Sierra Lobo, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow modules across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and EAM for our DoD, NASA, and national accounts.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, and strong skills in analytics, JavaScript/REST/SOAP, and enterprise systems. On-site work in Northwest Florida is preferred, with consideration for highly qualified remote candidates within the United States.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM (Field Service Management), and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
• Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, ERP, or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, or comparable platforms.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process improvement, business systems integration, and enterprise asset management.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting tools, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Periodic travel may be required for company meetings, training events, customer engagements, and business needs
