Job summary

iWorks Corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to configure, integrate, and customize ServiceNow solutions for government contracts. You will work across ServiceNow products and participate in the full software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance Eligibility required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience beyond admin-level configuration.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client/Server-side).
• Proficiency with ACLs, including order of operations.
• Experience building catalog items, record producers, and scoped applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Ability to independently solve technical problems and explain reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance scoped applications in ServiceNow.
• Build catalog items, record producers, workflows, and custom applications.
• Write and optimize scripts using GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and APIs.
• Implement and troubleshoot ACLs and apply ServiceNow security best practices.
• Use Update Sets and Application Repository for migration and deployment.
• Collaborate in Agile teams with Scrum Masters, Architects, Analysts, and Developers.
• Peer review code and participate in both developer and client testing cycles.
• Provide clear explanations of ServiceNow concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
