Job summary

Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active Secret security clearance to join our mission-critical technology environment in the United States. You will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service delivery, automate business processes, and support operations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD.

Collaboration with architects, admins, and stakeholders is essential to deliver secure, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or eligible to obtain one.
• Experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationsHub.
• Proficient in secure development practices and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, admins, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Familiar with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience in government/defense or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with active Secret security clearance to join our team supporting a critical technology environment.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service delivery, automate business processes, and support mission-critical operations. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and service owners to translate requirements into secure, scalable, and effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Script Includes.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform issues.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Follow secure development practices and organizational security requirements.

• Proven professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow workflows and applications.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active Secret security clearance, or eligibility to obtain and maintain the required clearance, depending on contract requirements.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or Service Portal.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in government, defence, national security, or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and automated testing.
