Job summary

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Program Manager for a secure site in Northern Virginia. The role involves coordinating all contract functions between EMCOR and The Peterson Company, directing daily operations, and supervising engineers and project staff.

You will oversee budgeting, maintenance, and renovations while ensuring adherence to contract requirements and safety standards. A TS clearance is required, with potential for TS/SCI; strong leadership and communication skills are

Qualifications

• US citizen is required.
• Must possess a TS Clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all aspects of facilities activities.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong experience with Windows and MS Office.
• Experience with budgeting and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Operations in preparing quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates.
• Directly supervises Chief Engineer and Project Staff.
• Leads a team of technical employees and maintains a trained workforce.
• Manages overall operations of the contract, daily operations, and scheduled maintenance.
• Administers subcontracts for facilities work and oversees renovations.
