Job summary

EMCOR Government Services seeks a Program Manager in Chantilly, Virginia to oversee contract functions between EMCOR and The Peterson Company at a secure Northern Virginia site.

You will supervise operations and maintenance, manage IDIQ construction and renovations, and coordinate with staff to deliver on contractual requirements and budgets while ensuring safety and quality in facility services.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience planning, organizing and directing facilities activities.
• Strong ability to coordinate with customers and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with budgeting, purchasing, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of safety codes and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Operations with quarterly forecasts and monthly updates.
• Supervise Chief Engineer and project staff; lead a team of technical employees.
• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and renovations under the contract.
• Oversee subcontract administration for facilities work and budgeting controls.
• Maintain records, training schedules, and a strong safety program.
