Job summary

EMCOR Government Services seeks a seasoned Facilities Program Manager to lead the Facilities Maintenance and Operations Support Services Contract in the DMV area. This role is designated as Key Personnel and represents EMCOR at the on-site level with accountability for contract performance, safety, quality, and workforce development.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Operations and supervises a broad team including Deputy Program Managers, Engineers, custodial and warehouse staff,

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive management experience in a complex facilities environment.
• Five years in facilities operations and maintenance management.
• Proven experience managing large federal, institutional, healthcare, or critical infrastructure contracts.
• Proficiency with Maximo is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior EMCOR representative and primary point of contact.
• Direct contract operations across multiple facilities and ensure PWS compliance.
• Establish priorities, allocate resources, and drive performance metrics.
• Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance with executive briefings.
• Oversee financials, labor utilization, scheduling, and closeout activities.
