EmergencyMD is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a complex security program supporting the Pentagon Force Protection Agency. The role involves managing contract execution, staffing, operational performance, and compliance across multiple sites in Virginia.

Applicants must have a Master's degree related to security management, ten years of relevant experience, and certifications in project management and physical security. This position requires significant oversight and engagement with federal standards and personnel.

Qualifications

• Final, adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Common Access Card.
• At least 10 years of experience in security or law enforcement.

Responsabilités

• Direct all contract operations and ensure continuous security services.
• Maintain executive oversight of security operations at multiple facilities.
• Oversee incumbent workforce engagement and onboarding.

Connaissances

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of armed-security licensing

Management of multi-site operations

Formation

Master's degree in security management or related field

Current Project Management Professional certification

ASIS Physical Security Professional certification
