Qualifications

• Final, adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Common Access Card.
• At least 10 years of experience in security or law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Direct all contract operations and ensure continuous security services.
• Maintain executive oversight of security operations at multiple facilities.
• Oversee incumbent workforce engagement and onboarding.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of armed-security licensing

Management of multi-site operations

Education

Master's degree in security management or related field

Current Project Management Professional certification

ASIS Physical Security Professional certification
