Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking recent graduates for the ACE sales development program. The 18-month track trains you in channel and product sales, with hands-on customer experiences and mentorship, preparing you for roles across seven business units.

You will start in Milwaukee, WI for six months at HQ, then relocate to a designated base (Seattle, WA) after month six, joining the Controls sales team and gaining exposure to BAS and Penn portfolio solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expected to graduate between Apr 2027 - Jun 2027. Program starts Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Must be able to be in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale WI) for the first six months, then relocate to Seattle, WA.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training and attend frequent training sessions to build product knowledge and sales process expertise.
• Provide technical and commercial aid to Channel Account Managers and accounts.
• Handle inside sales rotation for lead/case management and CRM pipeline hygiene.
• Create and analyze sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Travel to manufacturing plants, R&D facilities and customer locations for live training and shadowing.
