Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Security Account Manager in Augusta, GA to assist the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations functions at the posted location, following post orders and client instructions. A week-long onboarding program supports transition and best practices.

The role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining post information, interviewing and training new employees, and ensuring strong client and team relationships while maintaining safety and service

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience required in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License and pass background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the security contract at the site and direct Security Professionals.
• Supervise shift supervisors (if applicable) and evaluate performance; coach and train staff.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and training information; keep site organized and clean.
• Conduct interviews and provide on-the-job training for new staff.
• Oversee reports, logs and pass-downs; distribute communications to security staff.
• Manage sub-units within Security (fire control room, command center, loading docks).
• Respond to incidents; ensure proper reporting and timely notifications.
• Identify personnel problems and advise on disciplinary actions as directed.
• Occasionally perform Security Professional duties up to 50% of time.
