Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the main point of contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence including training, safety, and inventory management.
