Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing to control inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and manage security officers and supervisors, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact for high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence by overseeing training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
