Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations and lead a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will manage staffing using AI tools, support development and retention of a high-performing team, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires coordinating training, safety, and site standards while managing inventory and ensuring operational excellence. A valid driver’s license and security experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on state.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and retaining a dynamic team with client relations.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers while meeting client contract hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors with payroll, performance, and employee relations oversight.
• Enhance client relationships: serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
