You will drive from the front, mentoring your team and coordinating with clients to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for business driving.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Ability to build client relationships and lead a dynamic team.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling leveraging AI-powered technology to meet contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as primary contact ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence including training and inventory management.
