Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure client contract hours are met while maximizing efficiency.

You will manage scheduling with AI-powered tools, develop client relationships, and oversee compliance, training, and site standards to deliver top-tier protection for people and property. This role offers a collaborative environment within a national security leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or using personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing to control inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies).
