Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams
• Experience leading and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing and inventory costs

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead and develop security teams including hiring, coaching, payroll, and performance
• Enhance client relationships as primary contact to ensure high-quality service
• Handle security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Oversee compliance, training, safety, and inventory management
