Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading and developing a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, supervise payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by acting as the primary contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, and inventory.
