Responsibilities include scheduling with AI tools, developing teams, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve incidents and improve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license where required.
• 2+ years in security management or supervising teams.
• Experience building client relationships and leading teams.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Proficiency with web apps and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tech to meet client hours and minimize overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
