Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to supervise site-level security staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead, train, and support Security Officers and Supervisors.
• Maintain client satisfaction through active supervision.
• Manage access control and respond to incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Ensure all training records and SLAs are audit-ready.
