GardaWorld is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee on-site client accounts in Olathe, KS. You will handle client issues, communicate with key contacts, and manage a variety of responsibilities to ensure exceptional service for a major account.

The role requires 3–5 years in security operations management, a college degree or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills. Monday–Friday with on-call duties and occasional weekends are typical.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours with evenings/weekends as needed.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in security operations management with progressive responsibilities.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client issues and emergencies.
• Communicate with key client contacts and branch teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve client security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch/site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates with local branches and sponsors.
• Write reports and client communications.
