GardaWorld Security in Deltona, FL is seeking a Security Account Manager to maintain on-site performance for a key account. You will handle client issues, manage billing, review compliance, analyze data, and prepare detailed security service reports.

This role requires strong relationship building and strategic management of security projects. Responsibilities include guiding customers through projects, delivering presentations, and ensuring KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass extensive screening.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Active Florida Class D Security License required.
• At least 3 years of security operations experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle client issues and emergencies.
• Communicate with key client contacts and local teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve client security programs for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver presentations focused on client needs.
• Update CRM/ERP databases.
• Review MSAs for compliance at branch/site levels.
• Develop security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing and follow-up on overdue payments.
• Write reports and client communications.
• Provide pricing estimates with local branch support.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
