GardaWorld in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Security Account Manager to maintain on-site performance at a key account, handling client issues, communicating with contacts, and building strong relationships to enhance security services.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a valid TWIC card, MTSA regulation knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software, plus responsibilities in billing, reporting, and security program improvements to meet KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations with increasing responsibilities.
• At least two (2) years of management experience.
• Holds a current Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
• Experience and familiarity with Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle client issues and emergencies and coordinate with local GardaWorld teams.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and branch teams; maintain principal accounts.
• Improve client security programs and meet contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding; deliver presentations.
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans; manage billing and DSO follow-ups.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports; provide price estimates with branch leadership.
