Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related fields.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is required.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License or have it issued before employment; background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and safe vehicle operation ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all aspects of executing the security contract; delegate tasks to Security Professionals.
• Supervise shift Supervisors and Security Professionals; motivate, coach, and train; evaluate performance and make assignments.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and training information; ensure post is clean and organized.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training; orient new employees to posts and procedures.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass-downs for the Security Department; distribute communications to post staff.
• Manage sub-units within Security (e.g., fire control room, command center, loading docks) and prepare work orders for extra coverage.
• Respond to incidents; ensure proper reporting and timely notification of appropriate parties.
• Address personnel issues and assist with investigations; may recommend counseling or disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client/site emergencies; maintain positive client relationships through regular contact.
