Job summary

NextGen Security is an electronic security systems integrator serving commercial and industrial clients. We are seeking an Account Manager to develop long-term relationships and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-growing team.

You will present solutions based on customer requirements and collaborate with operations and engineering to develop proposals and ensure timely delivery of our security solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Positive attitude with teamwork and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your customers.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Network with vendors, suppliers and industry contacts.
• Create quotes and scopes of work.
