Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating support services, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring contract compliance with effective reporting and staff development.

Qualifications

• Level III TOPS security license is required.
• 8+ years of business management/supervisory experience.
• Ability to build customer relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at the client site.
• Lead and support a team of security officers and supervisors.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Coordinate support services to efficiently manage the site.
• Ensure contract compliance and required reporting.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Communicate staffing needs and develop staff through coaching and training.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and vehicles at the account.
