Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a District Account Manager to oversee security services for assigned client accounts in Dallas, TX. You will lead operations, ensure service excellence, and build strong client relationships to drive growth and account performance.

The role requires leadership, customer service excellence, and strategic planning to develop budgets and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in security operations or operations leadership.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact to ensure high-quality security services and customer satisfaction.
• Meet regularly with client representatives to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support contract negotiations, security planning, assessments, and post order development.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain security personnel.
• Provide leadership, performance management, and coaching, including corrective action.
• Assist in developing and administering account budgets and operational plans.
• Maintain compliance with policies, client requirements, and laws.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, uniforms, and vehicle management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure orders and directives are met.
• Resolve operational, legal, financial, HR, and administrative matters.
• Respond to emergencies and client concerns as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
