Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leadership/supervisory experience in security.
• Ability to supervise and lead security personnel.

• Proficient in preparing reports and managing daily operations.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; additional education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager with daily operations and personnel management.
• Supervise security officers and ensure compliance with policies and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and coaching as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and resolving operational issues.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and respond promptly to concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new security personnel.
