RTX seeks an Embedded Security Software Engineer II for the Secure Product Assurance team in Tucson, AZ. You will design, code, test, and deliver real-time embedded software for DoD-focused radar, sensors, and fire control systems, with emphasis on secure software solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM from an accredited institution.
• Experience with C/C++ in real-time embedded software development.
• Experience with Python, Perl scripting.
• Real-time embedded software development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex technical problems and develop resolutions.
• Perform SW/HW integration and lifecycle activities.
• Derive system and software requirements, architectural modeling, and technical analysis.
• Design, code, unit test, integrate, and document real-time embedded software with a focus on secure solutions.
• Participate in software peer reviews, code inspections, and technical decision-making with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support program execution to meet technical, cost, schedule, and quality baselines.
• Follow established software processes to maintain product integrity.
