Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an experienced Section 337 Litigation Associate to handle ITC matters across our national platform. The ideal candidate has three to six years of experience practicing before the ITC, and has participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.

Candidates should be knowledgeable on domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules. A JD and bar admission in the applicable state are required; we offer a collaborative environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Three to six years of ITC experience preferred.
• Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Active bar license in the relevant state; ability to obtain it where needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle Section 337 ITC litigation matters for clients.
• Advise on ITC domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and practice rules.
• Collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group.
