Qualifications

• Active bar license in the relevant state.
• Familiarity with ITC domestic industry, remedies, enforcement and rules.

Responsibilities

• Support ITC Section 337 matters within the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice.
• Prepare and coordinate ITC filings and strategy with associates and partners.
• Advise clients on ITC procedures and potential remedies and enforceability.
