Qualifications

• Three to six years of ITC litigation experience.
• Experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Familiar with ITC practices: domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in ITC Section 337 matters, developing legal strategy and arguments.
• Manage multiple parallel ITC matters under pressure with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team across offices (including The Link).
