Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of ITC experience, preferably handling ITC cases and familiarity with domestic industry, remedies, and enforcement. The position supports our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice across multiple offices, including The Link.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the applying state or commit to obtaining one. IP law knowledge is required, though a technical background is not necessary.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of ITC experience.
• Experience with Section 337 ITC cases preferred.
• Active bar license in the state where applying or willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation attorneys on ITC matters.
• Articulate legal strategies and manage multiple ITC projects under pressure.
• Provide effective client service and contribute to diverse, inclusive team culture.
