Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Section 337 ITC litigation.
• Active bar license in the state of the applying office or commitment to obtain it soon.
• Strong knowledge of ITC issues including domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and practice rules.
• Excellent academic credentials and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action for ITC litigation.
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines with proactive judgment.
• Submit applications and transcripts through the online process when required.
