Qualifications

• At least 3–6 years of experience practicing before the ITC.
• Experience handling Section 337 cases including domestic industry, remedies, and enforcement.
• Knowledge of ITC Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in ITC Section 337 investigations and hearings.
• Collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team.
• Prepare pleadings, witness and expert materials and strategy documents.
